Rooms 1 & 2 furnished with double beds. (Room 2 has a small fridge)

Room 3 has a Super single divan (4 inches off double size).

Each room has a table/desk, chair, TV with Free-view, wardrobe & chest of drawers.

Bedding provided and washed regularly.

You may share the bathroom with up to 2 other lodgers, however there is also a loo downstairs.

To share with resident female owner, you will have use of kitchen and dining area, downstairs cloakroom, large garden, WiFi and driveway parking.

Kitchen is fitted with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, Nespresso and spacious dining area.

Also includes a weekly cleaner and some garden maintenance

£120.00 each Mon-Fri for Bedrooms 1 & 2

£110.00 Mon-Fri for Bedroom 3

Smoking is permitted outside of the house.

Smoke Alarms fitted and Carbon Monoxide detector.

I don’t charge for the week during the Christmas break.
